FREE Shipping and Insurance

All Camex Metals orders include discrete shipping and insurance. Customers receive free shipping on orders $99 or more and may choose to upgrade their shipping at checkout. We ship to residental addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, and offices (both virtual and physical).

Shipping Methods

Upon adding products to your cart and selecting checkout, you will see either your flat shipping rate or free shipping for qualifying orders as well as optional shipping upgrades.

Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service via First Class, Priority, or Express Mail contingent on the order value and weight. We may ship items UPS or FedEX based on your order value and weight. We reserve the right to select the carrier unless otherwise specified as an option shipping upgrade.

Note:  When the total amount charged exceeds $1,000, no additional charge is required to ship orders “Signature Required” (a signature and photo I.D. is required upon delivery). Unless you select a shipping upgrade option at checkout, orders less than $1,000 are sent without signature required.


We package our orders carefully and discretely with shipping labels that do not contain our business name or any indication of the package contents. Products are placed in the shipping parcel with packaging material that prevents shifting during transit.

Order Tracking

The majority of orders ship out within one (1) business day of cleared payment. When your order ships, you will receive your order tracking number via e-mail notification.

Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured while your package is in transit and we will provide the tracking number via e-mail upon date of shipment. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit — once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases.

In the unlikely event your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the specific shipper’s insurance policy. We must be contacted within the first two (2) days of delivery concerning any damaged packages. NOTE! We do not accept responsibility if:

  • You instructed any carrier or delivery service to leave parcels un-attended for you without the need for a signature.
  • You gave carriers or delivery service instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a neighbor, building manager, general mail box, or drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc. or The UPS Store, etc.

To assist with the claims process, we advise taking pictures of the packaging as well as the contents.
